Basic Guitar I

Description

Students will learn the parts of the guitar, tuning the instrument, use of left & right hands, switching between basic chords, reading chord charts & how to make a clear sound. Students will learn to play 1 -2 songs to be performed during the last session. A material fee of $20 is payable to the instructor at the first class (includes text book, course booklet, guitar tuner, guitar pick & informational sheets). Students must bring their own guitar (acoustic preferred or electric with their own amp.)
