Description

Prepare for the State Certified Nurse Aide certification test. Within one semester, students will learn the fundamentals of patient care, nursing and communication skills, basic anatomy and physiology, and specialty nursing through classroom instruction and supervised clinical experience. *Successful completion of the course enables the students to apply to take the the NJ Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) exam. Student Orientation: Tuesday, May 20, 2025, 3:35 pm - 6 pm at HCVSD Bartles Campus, 8 Bartles Corner Rd., Ste 201, Flemington, NJ Students are responsible for purchasing the required textbook: Mosby’s Textbook for Long-Term Care Nursing Assistants, ISBN #9780323874885, 9th Edition State exam fees are not included in tuition cost. IMPORTANT: Clinical Exam is 8/7/25, student will receive their exam time from the instructor.
