Electrical Year IV - Apprenticeship Related Technical Instruction (RTI) This course provides the fourth year of classroom instruction for electrical apprenticeship. Instruction aligns with U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Office of Apprenticeship standards and supports on-the-job training. IMPORTANT Adult & Continuing Education provides Related Technical Instruction (RTI) only. We not do offer apprenticeship sponsorship or employment placement.
