Heavy Equipment Year III - Apprenticeship Related Technical Instruction (RTI) This course provides the third year of classroom instruction for heavy equipment apprenticeship. Instruction aligns with U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Office of Apprenticeship standards and supports on-the-job training. IMPORTANT Adult & Continuing Education provides Related Technical Instruction (RTI) only. We not do offer apprenticeship sponsorship or employment placement.
