HVAC I - Apprenticeship Related Technical Instruction (RTI) This course provides the first year of classroom instruction for heating, ventilating and air conditioning apprenticeship. Instruction aligns with U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Office of Apprenticeship standards and supports on-the-job training. IMPORTANT Adult & Continuing Education provides Related Technical Instruction (RTI) only We not do offer apprenticeship sponsorship or employment placement. REQUIRED TEXTBOOK Students must purchase textbook Required Textbook can be purchased at Pearson NCCER - NCCER Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning, Level 1, Sixth Edition PROGRAM SCHEDULE September through March Hybrid format consists of 50 sessions Week 1: In-person Monday & Wednesday, 6 - 9 PM After Week 1: In-person Monday, 6 - 9 PM Virtual Wednesday Virtual Class - No In-person September 21, 2026 January 18, 2027 February 15, 2027 No Class December 22, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Students must have good internet access to participate in virtual and complete online assignments.
