HVAC III - Apprenticeship Related Technical Instruction (RTI) This course provides the third year of classroom instruction for heating, ventilating and air conditioning apprenticeship. Instruction aligns with U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Office of Apprenticeship standards and supports on-the-job training. IMPORTANT Adult & Continuing Education provides Related Technical Instruction (RTI) only We not do offer apprenticeship sponsorship or employment placement.
